The Iberconsa Group recently attended the Seafood Expo Global North America, held in Boston on 12, 13 and 14 March. This exhibition is one of the leading events for the fishing industry worldwide, and this year 2023 has been an unprecedented success. The Boston Convention and Exhibition Center brought together a total of 2,500 exhibitors and more than 28,000 visitors. It has been a unique platform for companies in the sector to showcase their latest innovations and trends.
Iberconsa has participated actively once again in this edition, presenting the high quality of its products and its commitment to sustainability and responsible fishing. It has had the same stand as last year’s edition, Nº 2022, and has highlighted its wide range of products with a huge graphic on the entire wall of the stand.
As special elements, this year we had a large inflatable shrimp on the stand with which the attendees were able to take numerous photographs and we also offered the possibility of tasting many of our products, such as our famous ready to cook meals and octopus tasting, prepared in the show itself using the Galician style, as a wink to our origin, Galicia.
Among the trends observed at the event, the growing importance of technology and automation in the fishing industry, as well as the increasing demand for products of sustainable and responsible origin stand out. The Iberconsa Group is proud to be at the forefront of these trends, and to continue to offer its customers products of the highest quality and sustainability.
